How to return an item

Here is how to return a product to the After-Sales Service:

1 - Fill in the SAV PDF form downloadable here: AM-retour-SAV.pdf

2 - Print your after-sales return slip.

3 - Put the item without a box, but protected with bubble wrap, accompanied by the after-sales return form in a follow-up letter

In case of return of the product with the box, contrary to the recommendations above, your repaired product will be returned to you without the box.
